Nowadays Pool Villa was born from the inspiration of the founders and team since 2021. Every concept was designed and created 100% in-house to truly reflect our unique identity.
The name 'Nowadays' represents living beautifully in the present moment. Whether it's a day of rest, a special occasion, or an ordinary day, it can become a day filled with happiness and a warm atmosphere.
In 2022, our first phase was completed, and Nowadays pioneered the gable-roof style pool villa that separates the bedrooms from the party clubhouse. We were also the first in Khao Yai to install a temperature control system in the swimming pool for 8 and 10-bedroom properties, delivering an exceptional vacation experience.
Nowadays Pool Villa is not just accommodation, but a space of happiness that blends architecture, creativity, and attention to every detail, ensuring that every stay is filled with truly special moments.

FAQ
Check-in is at 2:00 PM at the Clubhouse, and rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
We provide complimentary breakfast for all guests, including rice porridge with toppings, sausages, eggs, bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, and Milo.
All of our villa swimming pools feature temperature control systems, so you can swim comfortably at any time without feeling cold.
Children under 10 years old can stay for free without an extra bed, with 1 child allowed per villa room.
Our villa is close to many famous tourist attractions, convenience stores, and markets. We're also near many beautiful restaurants and cafes, some of which offer delivery to the property. We have detailed information available.
